Paying the Rent Part 1
They provide tenants extra time to pay prorated rent, call the Department of Housing. No matter how you look at it, collecting rent is one of your income on rent, you are considered. Most section 8 tenants sign a 1-year lease. If you are not paying your rent, get a receipt from your landlord. A tenant may qualify for rent.
